Get Fit Class!

If you’re looking for a full body workout with great results, this is

the place to be! This class will give you the results you’re looking

for. It improves cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance.

Invest in yourself and be the person you know you can be with

Welica Whitelaw leading you all the way to victory! This class includes

a Fitness Challenge (similar to The Biggest Loser). The winner

of the challenge receives a monetary awards after completion

of the eight week session. Please bring your weights and mats.

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 6:00 am

Fee: $10 per class

Min: 3 participants

Cardio Dance

This class will improve your cardio respiratory system

by providing aerobic conditioning by improving your

rhythm, through focusing on various choreographed

dance routines and free style dancing. A fitness assessment

will be taken on the first day and at the end

of this eight week class. So come on out and jam to

improve your health and wellness.
